Enter Air takes all necessary measures to avoid disruptions caused by denied boarding due to lack of seats, cancellations and delays of flights. However, there are situations of disruption in passenger transport that Enter Air is unable to prevent. In such cases, Enter Air provides passengers with care, depending on the situation in which the disruption occurred. The rules described in the General Conditions of Carriage of Enter Air Sp. z o. o. (“OWP”) apply to passengers departing from the European Union, countries belonging to the European Economic Area and third countries, unless the regulations of third countries provide for benefits or compensation in this respect.
